Topic description

In the CNG 428 tenue, step onto a raised area (e.g. wall); start alternately with the left or right leg (support from a team mate is possible). Run back and forth without stepping off/losing your balance.

Lighten:
Without equipment;
Wider wall.

Harden:
With combat backpack;
Narrower wall.
