With the Swiss Armed Forces' interactive sports lesson planner, you can put together a lesson to suit your specific needs. The wizard guides you through the three phases of the run-in, main part and conclusion.

There are corresponding topics for each phase. The individual exercises are each assigned to a topic. An exercise can be added directly or via the associated topic. You are free to choose the order in which you want to arrange the exercises.

The order of the topics depends on the phase. In the main section, the order of the topics can be freely selected, whereas the order is predetermined for the run-in and finish. For certain topics in the main part, various settings must be made in advance to clarify organizational details. The total duration of the planned lesson is always displayed.

At the end of the wizard, the lesson can be split or printed as a PDF. To share the lesson, you will receive two links, the first for viewing only and the second for editing the lesson.
