Topic description

Small groups of 2-3 participants. The first runner sets off on the specified lap (duration approx. 20-30 seconds / 1 indoor lap). On the lap he passes the "shooting range". There they try to land a hit (1 attempt). If there is no hit (invalid attempt), a short additional round (5-10 seconds) must be completed before the normal round can be finished. At the start/finish, the next runner is sent onto the course (handshake). Which team is the first to hit all its targets (one "shooting stand" per team)? Or which group was the first to complete a certain number of laps?

Note: after each attempt, the runner picks up the thrown object and places it back in the ball trolley/box before returning to the running track.

Possible goals: Hitting a marker cone on a vaulting box with a tennis ball, sinking a ball in an open vaulting box, hitting a cone with a badminton shuttle, hitting a tyre with a frisbee, etc.

Variant:
Multiple attempts per run.

Material

1 ball trolley/box with throwing objects (balls, frisbees, badminton shuttles)

Per group:
1 vaulting box
4-5 targets (marking cones, clubs, hoops, stakes)
