Exercises (8)
Explanation of the exercises/items/test forms
Miscellaneous
The sports leader explains the various exercises/posts or test forms to the participants and points out the correct execution (including organisational instructions) as well as possible misalignments/error patterns.
Break / postponement
Miscellaneous
Participants are given a break after each station. The recovery time is also used to move to the next station/post.
Rulebook
Miscellaneous
The sports manager explains the rules of the game form used in the main part to the participants (including organisational information).
Reserve
Miscellaneous
The sports manager plans a reserve in the main part so that there is certainly no lack of time (e.g. additional breaks are necessary, postponement time could take longer, post changes are less speedy, etc.).
Independent preparation/practice
Miscellaneous
Each participant uses the time provided to prepare specifically for the following sporting requirements according to their own needs. This may involve exercises that affect the participant's own body (mobilisation exercises, dynamic stretching, increasing heart rate, strengthening) or it may also be possible to practise on a piece of equipment/aid in order to prepare for a possible task/exam.
Conversion
Miscellaneous
All participants help to set up the workplace (the hall or the grounds) together.
Note: If not all participants are needed for the conversion, the participants who are not deployed can use the time for a (drinking) break.
Postponement
Miscellaneous
The sports leader moves together with the participants to the next location/post, from the hall to the terrain (to the fitness room) or vice versa (or the participants move independently). The shift can be regarded as recovery time (incl. drinking break).
