EMOM: every minute on the minute (perform a set number of repetitions of 4 exercises at the beginning of a minute, the remaining seconds of the minute are for recovery).
Remarks
Strength exercises hard: 100% - medium: 75% - easy: 50%

The times given for the strength exercises can be disregarded, the units are completed as quickly as possible (more rest time)
