Challenge of the month - May 2026
Topic description
The aim of the monthly challenge is to perform the exercises (push-ups / squats / burpees) in accordance with the suggested training programme (see appendix) in order to ultimately achieve a set number of repetitions or a specific time target by the last day of the month.

The intensity is increased progressively, with three difficulty levels (easy-medium-hard) available.
