            Challenge of the month - June 2025
        Topic description
            The aim of the monthly challenge is to perform the activity (jumping jacks, butt kicks or knee to elbow) according to the suggested training programme (see appendix) in order to achieve a number of repetitions on the last days of the month.
The load is progressively increased, with three levels of difficulty (easy-medium-hard) available.

Remarks
            knee-to-elbow: count the number of repetitions as a total for both sides (load can logically be doubled if the repetitions for both sides are performed separately).
