Workout of the week / challenge of the month

It can happen that there is no time, idea or desire to prepare a workout. For this reason, a possible workout is published weekly on the homepage of the Milsport platform. You can start training straight away without giving it much thought. The program can be defined according to your personal performance level (easy, medium, hard).

If the suggested program is not suitable, a number of additional possible training units can be found quickly in the sample lessons/downloads section. Thanks to the structure in the respective subject area or the filter function, the training for a specific part of the body can be selected with or without the use of aids.

In addition to the weekly training session, a sport or a specific workout is suggested for a month. The aim of the monthly challenge is to carry out the activity every day (possibly with a few days off). The task can vary. For example, the task is progressively increased from day to day in order to achieve a defined goal at the end of the month. Another option is to achieve the highest possible total number of units (e.g. distance or repetitions) during the period. Similar to the weekly task, the monthly challenge also has three levels of difficulty.
