Execution

Individual work

Each participant performs the given exercise alone.

Note: When selecting exercises, it is important to ensure that only exercises that can be completed alone are selected.

Partner work / duels

The exercises are completed in groups of two.

If desired, the partners or opponents can be swapped from time to time or after each exercise.

Note: When selecting exercises, it is important to ensure that only exercises that are completed in pairs are selected.

Attention: With partner exercises in the area of strength, it is possible that both participants feel the same load. However, it is usually the case that both participants act once as exerciser and once as helper, which means that twice as much time is required per exercise. The programme (lesson planner) does not automatically calculate this problem. There are therefore 3 variants for the correct time calculation in the lesson planner:

  • Only exercises without changing position (always the same load for both partners): Insert exercises only once (works like a single exercise);

  • Only exercises with a change of position (once each for the exerciser and helper): List exercises only once, but double the number of passes (= double the time required);

  • Mix between exercises with and without position changes: add exercises without position changes once, but list the exercises with position changes twice (do not adjust the number of passes).

Group fights

The exercises are completed in (small) groups.

If desired, the groups (composition as well as counterparties) can be swapped from time to time or after each exercise.

Note: When selecting exercises, it is important to ensure that only exercises that are completed in groups are selected.

Individual and partner work

Exercises are completed both alone and with a partner.

If desired, partners can be swapped from time to time during the exercises in pairs.

Note: Both individual and partner exercises can be selected.

Attention: With partner exercises in the area of strength, it is possible that both participants feel the same load. However, it is usually the case that both participants act once as exerciser and once as helper, which means that twice as much time is required per exercise. The programme (lesson planner) does not automatically calculate this problem. There are therefore 2 options for calculating the correct time in the lesson planner:

  • Exercises without changing position (always the same load for both partners): Insert exercises only once (works like a single exercise);

  • Exercises with change of position (once each for the exerciser and helper): List exercises twice (= double the time required).

Duel and group fights

Exercises are completed both with a partner and in (small) groups.

If desired, the partners in the duels can be swapped from time to time or after each exercise. In the group exercises, it is also possible to change partners from time to time or after each exercise, whereby the group composition can also be reorganised.
