The break length is the recovery time between the individual exercises or series/sets.
Depending on the training goal, you should aim for a different break duration. As a general rule, the higher the load, the longer the break:
Games / fighting and roughhousing / light contact / coordination exercises / floor and apparatus gymnastics / parkour
The length of the break is the recovery time between the individual games or exercises.
Please note: The breaks can also be used for any result adjustments and for setting up new matches or changing partners.
