Series / Sets
Power
A series or set is the sequence of an exercise (number of repetitions or duration). The series/sets are separated from each other by breaks.
Depending on the training goal, a different number of series/sets should be aimed for. As a general rule, the more advanced the level of performance, the more series/sets.
Games / fighting and roughhousing / light contact / coordination exercises / floor and apparatus gymnastics / parkour
The number of series corresponds to the number of games or exercises separated by breaks.
