Conditional substance
The conditional substance comprises all energy-providing physical aspects of athletic performance:
Strength
Endurance
Fastness
Mobility
All areas of the conditional substance can be trained. If the conditional factors are combined with each other, this results in further sub-areas such as speed, strength endurance or speed endurance. Based on the distinction between the four main areas and their sub-areas, the type of training can be determined in the training plan. A wide selection of specific training content and methods is then available for each type of training.
